Returns & Delivery

Delivery in mainland France

Your orders are shipped from our logistics provider in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. We offer delivery via Colissimo and Mondial Relay pick-up points. You can also choose home delivery via Colissimo with signature and insurance for €6. You will receive your package 2 to 3 business days after your order date for home delivery and 2 to 4 business days for pick-up point delivery. You can also choose DHL delivery in 1 to 2 days for €15.

 

Delivery to Europe and Worldwide

We offer home delivery by Colissimo with signature. For Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain, shipping costs are €10. For other European countries, prices vary depending on the destination.

For shipments outside Europe, we offer home delivery by DHL. The price can vary between €15 and €30.

 

Track my package

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number. For any unusual delivery delays, please contact us by email at bonjour@ateliercamille.com. We will do our best to help you locate your package.

 

Returns

In your customer account, under "my orders", click on "make a return". Select the item you wish to return and indicate the reason. 

You can then request a refund or a size exchange. If you choose a standard refund, €5 will be deducted from your total refund (in mainland France). For returns outside mainland France, the return fees applied correspond to the initial shipping costs.

You can download your return label directly from your account and affix it to your package. You will also need to include the return slip in your package to facilitate your refund. You can also return your order directly to the store.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return anything that does not fit.

Returned clothing must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with its label attached. They must also be properly packaged so as not to be creased or damaged during transport.

The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the package, using the same payment method used for the order. The same applies to an exchange request.

For any purchase made in-store, the item can only be exchanged or refunded with a store credit.
